Albumb Cover

My album cover is the grand canyon during a sunset, - or on fire, depending on how you see it. The name of the album is “THE HEAT KILLS”. For this piece I used acrylics and sharpie on a small square canvas, then scanning it with a high resolution of 1200dpi, moving it over to Affinity Photo. Here I added multiple effects and filters to the piece, as well as adding the text and border you can see. I am very pleased with my work, though I feel like I could have created something more detailed and impressive if I used my time more wisely. I like the text and how much pop and clarity the post-effects gave it, but I think if I were to create this piece again I would add more detail.
